Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern the web design and development services provided by Polly (“we”, “us”, “the Studio”), operated by [your legal name / business registration no.], based in [city], Israel. By hiring us or using this website, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We design, build, launch and maintain websites. The exact scope of each project — pages, features, and deliverables — is agreed in writing before work begins. Anything not listed in that agreed scope is considered a separate, additional request.

3. Fees & payment

• Build fee: a one-time payment of ₪800 to design and develop the website.
• Hosting & care: a monthly fee of ₪800–₪1,200, depending on the server tier the Client chooses (Basic / Standard / Premium).
• The build fee is due before the site goes live. The monthly fee is billed in advance each month.
• Prices are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Content & revisions

The Client provides text, images, logos and any other content, and confirms they have the right to use it. Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in advance; additional rounds may be charged separately.

5. Hosting & maintenance

While a monthly plan is active, we provide hosting, SSL, backups, updates and minor changes. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as parts of it rely on third-party providers. If the monthly plan ends, hosting and maintenance stop, and the Client is responsible for moving the site elsewhere.

6. Cancellation

The monthly plan can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. The one-time build fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Statutory cancellation rights under applicable Israeli consumer law are unaffected.

7. Intellectual property & copyright

Once all due fees are paid, the Client owns the final website and the content they supplied. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, code libraries and components we reuse across projects, and the right to display the finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, content you provided, or changes made by others.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer below).

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of [district] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
